Fee Rules

  • This receipt is valid only after the clearance of the cheque or draft. Cheques will not be accepted after the due date.
  • In case a cheque is dishonoured, the fee must be paid in cash at the school office within the next two workingdays, along with a cheque bounce penalty of ₹500.
  • All fees must be paid by the 20th of each scheduled paying month, i.e., April, July, October and January. Failure to do so will result in a late fee being charged in addition to the regular fees.
  • If the fees for the months of April, May and June are not paid by 20th May, the student’s name will not be enrolled for the new academic session.
  • If fees are not paid for three consecutive months, the student’s name will be automatically struck off the school records.
  • Students will not be allowed to appear for any examination unless all outstanding fees are paid in full before the start of the examination.
  • A fine of ₹50 will be charged in case of loss of the fee book.
  • Parents are expected to cooperate fully with the school in matters related to fee payment.
  • Any bank charges incurred on inward or outward fee remittances shall be borne by the parents.
  • Once a student is accepted for admission, all applicable payments must be made immediately to confirm the admission.
  • The fee structure is revised annually in accordance with the provisions of the U.P. Fee Act.
  • Submission of the registration form and/or payment of the registration fee does not guarantee admission.

Withdrawal Policy

  • If the student is withdrawn or does not join before 1st April, the registration and admission fee shall be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
  • If the student joins and is withdrawn before 30th April, per day fee for the duration and three months' extra fee shall be charged/forfeited. Registration and admission fee will not be refunded.
  • If the student is withdrawn after 30th April, the entire annual fee shall be charged/forfeited, regardless of the date of joining.
  • The withdrawal form must be filled only by the parent in the prescribed format and submitted to the School Office.
  • The date of receiving the duly filled and signed original withdrawal form will be considered the final withdrawal date.
  • Verbal, telephonic, or email withdrawal requests will not be entertained.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued after getting clearance from the Accounts Office/Library and all dues must be cleared.
  • Transfer Certificate will be provided within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form.
  • In case of non-payment of fees for three consecutive months without submission of a withdrawal form, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls, and re-admission (if desired) will be treated as a fresh case.
