If fees are not paid for three consecutive months, the student’s name will be automatically struck off the school records.
Students will not be allowed to appear for any examination unless all outstanding fees are paid in full before the start of the examination.
A fine of ₹50 will be charged in case of loss of the fee book.
Parents are expected to cooperate fully with the school in matters related to fee payment.
Any bank charges incurred on inward or outward fee remittances shall be borne by the parents.
Once a student is accepted for admission, all applicable payments must be made immediately to confirm the admission.
The fee structure is revised annually in accordance with the provisions of the U.P. Fee Act.

If the student joins and is withdrawn before 30th April, per day fee for the duration and three months' extra fee shall be charged/forfeited. Registration and admission fee will not be refunded.
If the student is withdrawn after 30th April, the entire annual fee shall be charged/forfeited, regardless of the date of joining.
The withdrawal form must be filled only by the parent in the prescribed format and submitted to the School Office.
The date of receiving the duly filled and signed original withdrawal form will be considered the final withdrawal date.
Verbal, telephonic, or email withdrawal requests will not be entertained.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
Transfer Certificate will be issued after getting clearance from the Accounts Office/Library and all dues must be cleared.
Transfer Certificate will be provided within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form.
In case of non-payment of fees for three consecutive months without submission of a withdrawal form, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls, and re-admission (if desired) will be treated as a fresh case.
